Went to book two tickets online but when it showed the price as $50 for two I decided against it. How many others do that I wonder. Too damn expensive for me. Much better to fill the cinema at half that price than run a movie for a few. I’ll wait till I get home to my Reading cinema thanks ! That would be no star rating if I could remove it.

Nice cinema, saw a horribly boring film called The DRY...HO HUM
What a horrible poky run down little cinema we got stuck in. The seats were damaged and so uncomfortable. It was grubby and old. Definitely seen better days (like 30 years ago!) a complete waste of time and money! I can't believe they still take people's money for a run down cinema. Doesn't deserve a 1 star.

One of the classic old picture theaters around Australia. The Strand in Toowoomba has its original art-deco internals and the beautiful colonial facade. It is just lovely to enter. I spent 30 years living in Toowomba and watched countless movies in The Strand. I always enjoyed the experience and it was a highlight every time I decided to go to the movies. The staff are always friendly with their moods matching the old fashion surrounds. A lovely place to catch a movie.
Such amazing customer service here! My client spilt her drink on the floor and they were so nice about it, they replaced her drink for free and didn't act like it was a hassle at all (though I know it was). The only negative feedback I would give is that the wheelchair access spot has been poorly designed. But over all they still get 5 stars because customer service is everything to me
Beautiful deco historic building housing a few smaller cinemas. To me it has so much character and soul. I'm so thankful to have it in my city.
